Join the Resident Advisory Board (RAB)
The Stevens Point Housing Authority (SPHA) is inviting all current tenants to take part in something important. You can help make your housing and neighborhood better by joining a group called the Resident Advisory Board (RAB).
This group helps us hear what tenants want and desire from their community. It also helps us make good decisions about your home, safety, and community.
Why Should You Join the RAB?
• Be Heard: Share your ideas, concerns, and suggestions on how we can improve housing policies, maintenance services, community programs, and more.
• Make a Difference: What you say can help improve life for everyone who lives here.
• Build Community: Work with other tenants to help make the community better for all.
• Grow as a Leader: Learn new skills by working with other tenants to solve problems and make
plans.
